First Steps in Computer Science; the SynergyNet app (discussed previously here ), has been employed as part of a trial taking place in various schools to evaluate its effectiveness in supporting teachers with the new computer science curriculum for Key Stage 1 in the UK.

First Steps in Computer Science

TEL’s SynergyNet framework is still finding uses over a year after the project it was developed for finished. The latest use is as the supporting framework for First Steps in Computer Science; an app intended to help teach the new computer science curriculum for Key Stage 1 in the UK.
